In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Withdrawals from your jn777 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods, and the equivalent of Rp 200.000 for Crypto Asset withdrawals.

Where no such determination is made and funds are legitimately owed to the Player, jn777 will process a withdrawal of the verified balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

A Player may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jn777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC obligations and the withdrawal of any eligible Account balance.
